Who we are
TokenLeak (tokenleak.app) is a trading name of R Fryer Consulting Ltd, registered in England, company number 07917035, VAT registration GB 130810360. R Fryer Consulting Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed through TokenLeak. Contact: privacy@tokenleak.app.
Waitlist
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the AI model you told us you want a deal on, any optional interests you ticked, whether you opted in to product news (and when, plus the wording you agreed to), the time you signed up and your approximate country.
Purposes and lawful basis
- Deal Watch launch email: to tell you when Deal Watch launches and about the model you asked about. Lawful basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.
- Product news (optional): only if you ticked the separate, unticked-by-default box. Lawful basis: consent (UK GDPR and PECR).
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing hello@tokenleak.app. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything we did before.
Retention
Proposed: if the service hasn't launched within 12 months of your signup, we'll delete your waitlist data. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
The product (once live)
- We never connect to or read your inbox. We only receive emails you choose to forward.
- We extract receipt details (vendor, plan, amount, currency, date), convert amounts to your preferred currency at daily exchange rates, and delete the raw email after parsing.
- No bank connection, no card details.
- We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to processing. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Processors
We host on Cloudflare. Data may be processed outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
